We have a graduate-level opening in our Social Media team, for an ambitious and creative Social Media Executive to support the team with planning, posting, and reporting of social content along with community management of brands.
You’d be joining a talented team committed to providing exceptional social media and community management to major brands across FMCG, Healthcare, Financial Services, Education, Home & Interiors and Utilities.
The Role
We have an ideal opportunity for someone organised and creative, looking to develop their career in digital marketing. You'll be responsible for:
- Day to day community management of brand channels – engaging with current consumers and developing relationships with new ones.
- Liaising with clients when required for any feedback on customer queries.
- Reporting on social activity – this could be anything from owned analytics to social listening.
- Spotting and flagging any opportunities for reactive marketing.
- Staying up to date with social/digital/marketing trends.
- Uploading/publishing content to social channels
- Working with the wider social team on content ideas.
- Writing social copy that embodies the brand and gets audiences to act.

The Person
Ideally you'll have:
- A degree in Marketing, Communication, or Creative (or equivalent experience)
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- A clear ability to think on your feet and be calm under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
- A healthy obsession with process – we work with some brands that are regulated.
- Strong time management and organisational skills as you’ll be working across multiple brands.
- Experience creating and posting high-quality social media content to achieve busines objectives – may be gained through academic projects, voluntary work, or paid work experience.
- Evidence of personal interest and passion for digital marketing.

- The ability to work independently to your own initiative
