Our Finance department provides a centrally located finance function to the whole company overseeing all services across Europe and US, addressing all issues and processing payments to meet the demands of staff, customers and suppliers.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support the department with accounts receivables activities. This includes reviewing and confirming sales orders and invoices, reconciling customer accounts and overseeing a healthy aged debtors report. You will assist with administration tasks and help document and maintain our finance procedures, updating and implementing them wherever necessary.

Our teams work cross-functionally and collaboratively to make our ambitious goals happen; strong communication and the ability to work flexibly is key for this role to deliver an exceptional service to our staff or external clients.

Our finance team is critical to driving the company to future success, always guaranteeing sustainable profitable growth. This role is based in Elstree, Borehamwood and is an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge from our in-house experts and add value to our growing business.

In more detail your role will include

  • Manages accounting entries, processes documents, payments and recording financial transactions accounts receivables and reconciliations.
  • Supports the quality and timeliness of Internal procedures with general ledger reporting.
  • Ensures the month end timetable is adhered to and all daily / weekly / monthly tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.


  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role.
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting concepts and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong communication skills both spoken and written.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • The ability to adapt in a changing, growing environment.
  • Studying AAT or ACCA/CIMA is an advantage but not essential.
