As part of your Graduate Scheme you will contribute to the final assembly and shipping of elements of our Hybrid Power Unit in both Formula 1 and Advanced Technology Projects through build tooling/fixture design or process improvement.
You will be involved in all assembly areas within the business which include Powertrain Build, Test and Trackside Environments and these areas are to be considered when performing daily tasks.
You will also be involved with fault investigation work, defining root causes and actively reporting on their status.
Finally, you will contribute to assembly improvement projects that your skills will allow you to identify, analyse and implement through process engineering or mechanical build tooling design.

What do we need from you?
- A curious, tenacious and driven individual with a hunger to work in a fast paced environment
- You’ll have achieved a minimum of 2:1, or above, in a relevant Mechanical Engineering, Motorsport Engineering or Automotive Engineering degree
- Ideally you will be or have been actively involved in motorsport or have experience of assembling powertrains or vehicles outside of normal studies, this could be work experience or hobbies
- An excellent understanding of a CAD package
- The creativity and innovation to overcome engineering challenges
- You will be adaptable as no two days are the same with the pressure to be race ready
- You will be a team player, who can effectively communicate with senior managers as well as your peers.
- Being self-motivated and thorough is essential as well as a keen interest in engineering and engineering solutions
