As a team we are responsible for supporting the entire business, ensuring our processes are not only fit for purpose but are continuously improved and controlled. We’re responsible for the achievement and maintenance of our four ISO registrations in Quality (9001), Environment (14001), Health & Safety (45001) and Energy (50001). Using defined continuous improvement methodology and the philosophy of the identified ISO standards (PDCA), we will help the company implement value added improvements whilst ensuring each business unit remains compliant to our Integrated Management System (IMS).

You will have ownership of the IMS ensuring it reflects actual process, remains relevant and adds value to each business unit. This will engage you in every element in the maintenance of our ISO registrations, from supporting the 3 rd party audits conducted by our certification body, to advising and supporting our many different stakeholders across the company. You will assist the company and Senior Management Team with the collation of data which will be centric to project delivery and achievement of company objectives & targets. You will play an integral part in the continuous improvement of our processes and how we work.

What are we looking for?
- A proven academic record with expected 2:1 or above in a relevant degree, for example, Business Management/ & Administration.
- You will have a collaborative style, which will enable you to effectively challenge convention, offering solutions that are resourceful and appropriate.
- You will understand the necessity of the IMS and pride yourself on the projects you deliver, ensuring that every detail is considered and presented in a methodical, conscientious and professional manner.
- You will be team orientated, organised with the ability to deliver within strict and conflicting deadlines.
