    About the Role

    An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Facilities team as a Project Coordinator on a Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

    • Working alongside development project managers to help effective delivery of projects and liaise with MGP staff at all levels to ensure clear communication of project impacts.
    • Liaising with other site facilities functions to monitor and track shared workload via online portal, including ticket assignment and closure.
    • Report on masterplan, project budgets, relevant sub-project budgets and prepare monthly department reporting.
    • Report on masterplan, project timeline, relevant sub-projects and manage milestone completion dates and approvals.
    • Track and report on sustainability project targets and spend.
    • Monitor and aid planning and reporting on site infrastructure requirements, future development plans, future business requirements, sustainability and commercial opportunities.
    • Track and report on project cost cap spend impacts, liaise with finance for compliance with financial regulations.
    • Monitor and aid planning and reporting of future project budget requirements and timelines.
    • Prepare presentations and reports for all levels of business reporting including stakeholder reviews, MCM and Board meetings.
    • Attend internal meetings and prepare minutes and reporting notes for distribution.
    • Prepare and manage a register of potential risks against the construction work and related activities.
    • Assist in project administration including project tracking, managing project records, meeting records and raising purchase orders and approving invoices.
    • Monitor and manage property related requirements including rates, rents, insurances, landlords requirements, energy supply and billing.

    As well as being a passionate, hardworking team player, the successful candidate will possess:

    • Project planning skills with the ability to create a plan, track and report progress against the plan.
    • IT skills to prepare reporting and presentations as required.
    • A clear understanding of project/construction project process and deliverables.
    • A understanding of financial control, tracking project spend and delivering within budget.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels within the organisation.
    • A proactive and positive attitude.
