Your Role
This is a hand on position where you will be participating in the production process operation of fermentation systems (CIP, SIP, Media Prep etc). You will be required to supervise and analyse fermentation systems; analyse relevant cell count data and make recommendations regarding changes. You will provide assistance in the analysis, development, and distribution of trend data of fermentation output. All procedures are conducted and carried out in accordance with cGMP and that all documentation is completed at the time of operation. Ensure all fermentation equipment, accessories and media are prepared accurately. You will be able to provide your input and recommendations regarding company documentations and assist in the preparation and modification of documents.
Who You Are
- Science graduate preferably in the field of Biotechnology
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Previous experience working to cGMP standards within a regulated environment
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts as assigned
- A phenomenal team player
- Efficient problem-solving skills
- Ability to priorities workload/schedule
