We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Finance Business Partner to work with 2 of London’s most iconic attractions (The lastminute.com London Eye and Madame Tussauds London). Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner you will support the operational teams to deliver business targets and budgets!

What you need

• Ideally degree educated, ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or working towards completion
• Able to demonstrate strong financial technical proficiency
• Strong excel skills with the ability to utilise sophisticated functions
• Previous experience of working with non-financial colleagues
• Ideally have experience in a consumer facing organisation with a continuous improvement agenda

You’ll support the delivery of finance business partnering for key functional collaborators, including P&L support with consideration given to pricing, yield, margins, operating costs, and profitability. You’ll also identify and investigate trends in trading performance and support with the implementation of mid to short term plans to improve performance.

Supporting with the tracking and reporting of capital expenditure and the delivery of cases for capital projects. You’ll also support the Senior Finance Business partner with any ad hoc analysis required by the Operations team.

In addition to this, you’ll provide contract support collaborating closely with the attractions team and group legal team to ensure contract policy is followed and the necessary approvals are complete before a contract is entered into.

This permanent, full-time role based across our Marylebone offices at Madame Tussauds and our County Hall office on the South Bank is predominantly Monday to Friday. Flexibility will be required however, especially around key financial dates.
