    As the MMM Operations Director, you will be the mastermind behind the exhilarating Traffic Management function! Your dynamic role revolves around overseeing our Creative and Project Delivery teams, injecting adrenaline into their efficiency and performance. With your unmatched expertise in client relationship management, workflow optimization, and leading a team of seasoned Traffic Managers, you'll be the driving force propelling our projects to soaring success! Your exceptional leadership skills and ability to influence at the highest levels will electrify the organization, as you establish and lead this groundbreaking new function within MMM.     About the role...

    • Oversee introduction of a new traffic management function for smooth project flow from initiation to completion, collaborating with stakeholders and Project Delivery teams.
    • Support and manage Traffic Managers in resource allocation and project timelines to meet deadlines.
    • Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and optimize workflows for efficiency.
    • Implement and maintain project management tools and systems for tracking status and resource allocation.
    • Lead procurement of IT systems and AI capabilities to improve automation and support project delivery.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills essential for successful implementation, including Merlin Magic Making, Merlin Group, and joint ventures.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate Traffic Management team, promoting professional growth and conducting regular performance evaluations.
    • Collaborate with department heads to resolve conflicts and improve overall operational effectiveness.
    • Identify areas for process improvement and standardize workflows to increase efficiency and quality.
    • Implement best practices and technologies for optimized project management.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and practices for creative operations team.

    About you...

    • Proven experience in traffic management within a creative agency, project delivery environment or similar.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems efficiently.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
