What sort of work?
Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our experienced Tax, Trusts and Succession team in our London office.
In this role you will support the team in delivering a first-class service to clients. This will include:
- Arranging meetings, diary management and business development support (including support at events and arranging international travel)
- Handling file opening procedures and drafting scope of work letters
- Providing efficient and effective legal assistance to lawyers.
- Drafting wills, trust documents and Lasting Powers of Attorney under supervision.
- Completing legal research.

You'll be working closely with Dhana Sabanathan, who is ‘independently ranked’ for Private Wealth Law in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide 2024 and recommended in the Legal 500 2024. She has also been recognised in the Citywealth Leaders List as well as Eprivate Client. Dhana is a contributing author at LexisNexis, a member of STEP and on the committee for the STEP City of London branch. She was awarded Gold in the “Outstanding Individual of the Year" Category in the 2024 Citywealth Powerwomen Awards.
The team works across all of our offices and advises on a full range of private client matters including the below:
- Tax advice for individuals and their wealth
- The orderly succession of wealth from one generation to the next
- The creation and administration of trusts and other vehicles to hold and manage private wealth
- The governance of family-owned businesses
- Trust disputes
- Will preparation
How do we work?
We take a flexible, agile approach to working patterns. As a team we agree together on the best working arrangements that will enable each of us to provide exceptional client service, to collaborate and connect with colleagues, and to achieve the right home/work balance.
In this team, you would be required to work from the office at least 4 days a week, working the remaining days from home. We pride ourselves on our high-performance culture whilst offering a good work/life balance.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for somebody who will understand our values and thrive in our culture. The role will be based in our London office and the ideal candidate will have:
- Law graduate / studying CILEx / previous experience of working as a paralegal or legal PA, ideally in a Tax, Trusts and Succession team.
- Experience of working in a client facing role.
- Experience of working in a process driven environment and working to deadlines.
- Demonstrable experience of consistently delivering exceptional customer service standards would be an advantage.

- A commercial, pro-active 'can do' and professional approach to work.
- Excellent organisational skills, demonstrable examples of multi-tasking and an ability to juggle competing priorities.
