You’ll join our well-respected Commercial Finance team, gaining exposure to the full range of Management Accounting activities, including posting journals, accruals and prepayments, budget setting, forecasting and meeting with a range of Business Managers across the business to ensure robust and accurate budget monitoring.
Training provided
We’ll support you to gain an industry recognised qualification, either CIMA or ACCA, building on your technical skills, as well as building on your personal and professional development through hands-on experience. Training towards Chartership consists of private study and regular exams; we’ll support you with paid study leave in the run up to exams and all course and exam fees are paid for by us.
In recognition of achieving key academic milestones and sustaining good performance in the role, you’ll be rewarded through a salary increase during the training programme and on successful completion of the programme once you’ve met the required level of hands-on practical experience.

Our ideal candidate?
We’re seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about developing an understanding of Accounting within a large organisation! You’ll also demonstrate the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- You’ll already have obtained or be on course to achieve a degree.
- You’ll have some professional work experience that demonstrates your ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders, use Microsoft programmes particularly Excel, and complete tasks to a high standard within set deadlines.
- You’ll have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse information and work with stakeholders to ensure effective budget management, all of which will be important to both your learning programme and future career success in finance and accounting!
To be considered for the role, you must hold valid Right to Work in the UK without restrictions for the duration of the training programme.
