    Join Miller this summer on a 7-week paid internship placement within our Sports & Entertainment insurance team! Applications close Friday 11 February 2022 at 5.30pm.

    Location: London

    As an intern within our Sports & Entertainment team, you will focus on our Football clubs and leagues clients within the UK and Europe. You will learn about the variety of roles available at an insurance brokerage by working with both our account handlers and brokers.

    You will develop your understanding of the Insurance Industry and Sports & Entertainment Insurance market by learning about the range of different insurance 'products' available to Miller’s clients, undertaking research, and supporting the team at a busy time of year - across the end of the season, transfer window and start of the new season.

    We'll ensure you are given both the support and responsibility to make the most of your internship with us!

    The role

    You will be working with and supporting both Account Handlers and Brokers, giving you a comprehensive understanding of the different roles within the team.

    • You can expect to be involved in preparations for client meetings, supporting with submissions, fact checking and document preparation.
    • You will hone your communication and prioritisation skills in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment, and will work alongside experienced Brokers and Account Handlers.

    We are looking for

    • An enthusiastic, personable and organised individual with a real interest in Sports & Entertainment and the insurance industry
    • Research skills and an analytical mindset, with excellent attention to detail
    • You should be on track for a 2.1 or above (in any subject), and in your penultimate or final year at university
