    Miniclip is looking for a Paralegal for our London (UK) Office. This is a permanent position, please apply only if you have the right to work in the UK.

    What will you be doing at Miniclip

    This is an outstanding opportunity to further your legal career and be part of a dynamic in-house legal team which undertakes a varied workload. Your main responsibility will be to work directly with the solicitors to administer and support our busy team. The work undertaken by Miniclip’s legal department is wide-ranging and interesting; we regularly advise on legal matters affecting the interactive entertainment industry such as commercial and corporate transactions (including M&A), intellectual property matters, advertising, marketing, ad tech, data privacy, AI and more.

    You will be exposed to and involved in a diverse range of tasks, including:

    • Maintaining an active IP protection and enforcement process across a number of platforms;
    • Review of third-party content and consideration of legal issues;
    • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating non-disclosure agreements;
    • Assisting with general legal, corporate, and corporate governance administration;
    • Arranging for the execution of contracts and providing summary updates to the necessary departments;
    • Managing the team’s current matters list;
    • Handling ad hoc queries, including document management, legal operations projects, and legal and industry research.

    We’re looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and hard-working individual, with a can-do attitude, who enjoys working in a team and is looking for an opportunity to gain commercial legal experience in an exciting, fast-paced and continually evolving industry. This opportunity will suit a candidate who is looking to gain unrivalled in-house experience in a leading mobile games publishing company.

    The ideal candidate will be highly organised and have the ability to take ownership of projects, work independently and meet notified timelines. They will be able to present their work with clarity and confidence.

    They will have the following key skills and/or qualifications as a minimum:

    • Law degree (or equivalent GDL degree) and LPC
    • Excellent organisational skills and time management
    • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • An inquisitive mind with a desire to learn;
    • Proactive and keen to be a part of the Miniclip culture
    • Able to commit to working 3 days a week
