We're looking for an additional Finance Assistant who takes pride in accuracy, has great attention to detail, and enjoys supporting wider business operations. A full driving licence is essential.
What you'll do
- Support the Financial Controller with month-end financial tasks
- Carry out audit checks as directed by the Financial Controller
- Process weekly payments for subcontractors and scaffold teams
- Manage sales ledger processing
- Document control
- Maintain accurate financial records and support reconciliations
- Adhere to strict deadlines
- Work closely with the wider finance and operational teams to ensure seamless financial administration
- Carry out ad-hoc financial analysis and administrative tasks as required
What you'll bring
- AAT/Business qualification, graduate preferred
- Solid Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems including Microsoft suite, Sage 50 Accounts & Sage Construct preferred but not essential
- A positive, friendly, team-oriented mindset
- High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Strong communication and organisational skills
