Our 18 month scheme provides highly driven Graduates with fast-track progression through varying aspects of our IT & Change function. As a Graduate you will complete placements within our team such as: Architecture & IT security, Agile development and project delivery & relationship management.
This scheme is designed to equip you with all the skills you’ll need for landing your first appointment within our IT & Change team, whilst ensuring you don’t miss out on any critical learning experiences. A tailored programme that flexes to your individual development needs and allows you to become involved in real business projects.

Support Network
We have a team of experts ready and waiting to help you navigate your Graduate journey.
- Your Line Manager: A senior manager and expert in all things Building that will support you throughout the whole program
- Placement Managers: Experts within their function. They will be your day-to-day contact whilst on placement. They also review your placement objectives and progress.
- Buddy: this is a graduate from the year above who works in similar discipline and can answer questions about the scheme, the company, how things work and what to expect, and a Coach/Mentor to support you through your time on scheme.
You’ll need
- 2:1 degree or above ideally in an IT or engineering subject, although not essential.
- Three A-Levels
- Mature, focused and hardworking attitude
- Great organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for Food & Drink
The majority of our Graduates are based or have moved to the Midlands, as our Retail Support Centre is based in Birmingham City Centre. As a Company we encourage this – it’s great to spread your wings!
