    Job overview

    The Graduate Insight Analyst will work as a member of the Insight team in the Group Data and Analytics Function. They will be responsible for delivering two key deliverables; developing machine learning models using Python and R and utilizing ChatGPT to generate process and customer documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of customer insights and recommendations, using data-driven analysis and advanced statistical techniques.

    Main duties

    • Develop and implement machine learning models using Python and R to analyze complex data sets and provide insights to key stakeholders
    • Utilize ChatGPT to generate high-quality process and customer documentation that is easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data analysis requirements
    • Use data visualization tools to present insights and findings to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

    What we are looking for

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
    • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques, as well as experience with programming languages such as Python and R
    • Knowledge of natural language processing and experience with ChatGPT or similar language models is a plus
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data analysis in a clear and concise manner
    • Pragmatic, self-starter with a keen eye for detail
