My client is looking for a graduate to join their dynamic team, as a graduate you'll work with the team to deliver consultancy projects for their customers, create new and innovative approaches to difficult problems, bringing fresh perspectives to the table. Every day will present opportunities and challenges and no two projects will be the same. You may be required to analyse large quantities of data or work closely with subject matter experts to develop solutions meeting customers' needs in response to industry and regulatory change such as carbon reduction and supporting commitments towards net-zero.

Responsibilities
- You will work closely with customers to help them optimise the performance of assets given budgetary, political, and economic constraints. You will be required to deliver quality advice, support, training, and solutions tailored to each customer's local requirements. Using your excellent communication skills, you will effectively convey complex technical information and strategic advice to non-technical people.
- Analyse data to provide insight and reporting to support Asset Management decision making
Use GIS tools and in-house software to deliver repeatable efficient solutions to routine tasks
Assist with delivering Business Improvement Initiatives
- Keep up to date with industry trends and new initiatives and ensure they are shared with our teams and customers to support successful outcomes
- Support commercial activity and the development of compelling consultancy propositions
- Lead and manage consultancy projects using recognised management tools and techniques
Key Skills and Experience required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences and to present with confidence
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Keen to work within an innovative organisation and contribute ideas to improve customer experience
- Excellent IT skills and a sound understanding and hands-on experience of GIS and databases
- Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining a customer focused approach
- A commitment to continuous improvement, teamwork, personal development, and professionalism
