We’re now looking for graduates throughout the UK to join our Brewing Operations Future Leaders programme!
Your purpose
Our Brewing Future Leaders Programme takes the best graduate talent of today and develops them into the brewery leaders of tomorrow.
Entrants will join the programme with a keen interest in our Brewing function and a desire to help the business continue to grow and achieve its strategic ambition to be first choice for our people, our customers and our consumers.
So, what does that mean?
Over a 2-year timeframe you will have the opportunity to work across multiple UK sites in a maximum of 3 roles, gaining technical experience in all aspects of brewing and packaging.
You will gain a strong understanding of all key production areas and learn about operational excellence and then use this newfound knowledge to help accelerate your readiness for progressing into a future leadership role within our Supply Chain teams.
During the programme you will gain experience across a range of technical and leadership skills and our fully immersive learning programme will provide you with a greater appreciation of our 'grain to glass' business model and how every function of the organisation contributes to business success.
About you
We’re keen to hear from graduates who are keen to learn, develop and progress within our organisation.
To be eligible, you need to have graduated before September 2024 with a 2:1-degree classification in an engineering, supply chain, sciences or STEM related discipline and no more than 2 years of professional experience. We’re also looking for people focused individuals who can demonstrate the following:
- Entrants are not expected to have proven experience in Brewing but must have a demonstrable passion across these areas.
- Entrants are expected to be mobile within UK and open to completing part of their placement away from home. The rotation will be a mix of our Burton, Tadcaster, Suffolk and Cornwall.
We’re a People First team and the greatest achievements are built together! We work together, celebrate together and ensure we win together. You’ll love working in a team to create success.
You may not meet all the criteria for the role, but don't let that stop you from applying. We all need to learn and develop and here at Molson Coors we can help you do this.
If you require any additional assistance or adjustments in advance of, or during the hiring process, please make us aware of this – we want you to succeed and will be happy to support you.
