We’re now looking for graduates throughout the UK to join our commercial Future Leaders programme.
Your purpose
Our commercial future leaders programme takes the best graduate talent of today and develops them into sales and marketing leaders of tomorrow. You’ll have a keen interest in sales and marketing helping us achieve our ambition of first choice for our people, customers, and consumers.
So, what does that mean?
You will spend two years rotating through different parts of the organisation. As an example, you may start in On Trade Sales which is the hospitality sector, before moving across to Off Trade Sales, which sells into shops and supermarkets. Finally, you'll work with our industry leading Marketing and Brands teams and although these rotations may differ in sequence, you’ll be exposed to all three.
You’ll learn from some of the best in the business, such as our sales heroes who partner with the UK’s largest grocers or our innovative marketing teams evolving our famous brands.
We’ll support you every step of the way and you’ll gain both depth and breadth of experience across a range of technical and leadership skills, ensuring you’re well equipped to be a future leader.
About you
We’re keen to hear from ambitious and entrepreneurial graduates who are keen to learn, develop and progress within our organisation. We’re not overly concerned about your degree, but if you have studied marketing or a business-related discipline, we'd love to hear from you. You’ll also need to be geographically mobile as the rotations across our brilliant functions are national.
