We’re now looking for graduates throughout the UK to join our Supply Chain Innovation Future Leaders programme!
Your purpose
Our Supply Chain Innovation Future Leaders programme takes the best graduate talent of today and develops them into leaders of tomorrow.
Entrants will join the programme with a keen interest in engineering, manufacturing, automation, or process control and a desire to help the business continue to grow and achieve its strategic ambition to be first choice for our people, our customers and our consumers.
So, what does that mean?
Over a 2-year timeframe you will have the opportunity to work within all Supply Chain Excellence functions, holding a minimum of 3 roles, gaining practical experience in all aspects of Supply Chain Excellence and Innovation. You will gain a deep understanding of all key activities within Product, Packaging, Process Innovation, Project Management and Operational Excellence to name a few.
You will then use this newfound knowledge to help accelerate your readiness for progressing into a future leadership role within Supply Chain Excellence, or within the wider business.
You will gain both depth and breadth of experience together with a range of technical and leadership skills. Our fully immersive learning programme will provide you with a greater appreciation of our 'Grain to Glass' business model and demonstrate how each function of the organisation contributes to business success.
