The Trainee Programme – Is it for you?

You will have a structured training programme, where we fund your study towards the AAT or ACA qualification (equivalent to a Level 7 Masters) - and which also offers broader skills training and added to that, the opportunity to work with a variety of clients. All of this will enable you to develop valuable skills and an understanding of how a business really works, to support your career development with us.

We have roles in our Swindon, Bath and Trowbridge offices, starting in August 2024!

What do we need from you?

  • A natural curiosity and desire to learn.
  • The drive to succeed, working as part of a team.
  • An interest in working with numbers and data.
  • Strong verbal and numerical reasoning ability.
  • Mobility – the ability to travel to clients.
  • If you’re a graduate, then you’ll need a good degree (2:1) or equivalent.
  • If you’re a school leaver, you’ll need A Levels or equivalent from (C+ or equivalent)
