We're looking for high calibre candidates who are adaptable, innovative and excel at working in teams in a professional environment. Our graduate programmes give you a hands-on experience to provide you with a solid understanding of the asset management business. If you’re looking for a career that combines stimulating challenges, fantastic professional development, and an entrepreneurial work culture, then Mondrian is the place for you.

We recognise the importance of investing in your team, which is why each Graduate is assigned a 'home team' to help nurture and develop their core technical skills. Not only this, but you'll get an individual Training and Development record, as well as access to bespoke quarterly training courses to ensure you reach your maximum potential during your 23-month contract.

If you're interested in acquiring further qualifications, we also support and encourage our graduates to study for the IMC and then CFA, CIMA or ACA. Alongside this, there's the potential to rotate to other business areas during your graduate programme, as well as upon its completion.

At the moment, we have three exciting graduate opportunities:

    1. Investment Administration and Fund Accounting

In the Investment Administration and Fund Accounting programme, you'll take ownership of a suite of separate accounts. This will include overseeing collective funds and gaining exposure to global and emerging markets.

In terms of the day to day, you'll perform key operational functions such as cash, stock and net asset value (NAV) reconciliations, prepare client reports and investment management fee calculations. You'll be exposed to a range of other areas of business, including; Investment Support Services, Finance, Compliance, Risk and Legal and Client Services. Not only this, but you'll be supported in taking your ACA designation during your programme.

    2. Compliance & Risk

The Compliance and Risk team is involved in many investment activities of the business. From trading and portfolio management queries, to regulation, marketing and broker oversight, you'll develop your skills across the business. You'll have direct interaction with key individuals across the business, as well as clients, vendors, and brokers - giving them a strong understanding of the asset management industry. Not only this, but you'll be supported in taking your CFA designation during your programme.

    3. Finance

If you're interested in Asset Management, the Finance programme will give you that early exposure to all aspects of finance within asset management, including accounts payable, management fees, general ledger accounting, tax, and financial reporting. This role touches many other departments such as the Investment team, Client Services, Investment Administration, Fund Accounting and Legal. You'll also provide reporting to the C-Suite and work closely with the COO. Not only this, but you'll be supported in taking your ACA designation during your programme.
