We’re looking for a Buying Administration Assistant to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute and support the team to develop a balanced and commercial product range.
What will you do as a BAA?
- Critical path management
- Raising purchase orders
- Sample management
- Coordinating fit sessions
- To assist on packaging and labelling requirements
- To confirm buying samples against production
- To create sales reports
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Maintaining product grading sheets
- Arrange samples in preparation for E com shoots
- General department administration
- What you will need to succeed as a BAA?
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise own workload with proven administrative ability
- Excellent problem solver and decision maker – always focusing on solutions
- Strong communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- A self-motivator who is enthusiastic and keen to progress and develop
- Active team player who constantly contributes and supports other members
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word & Excel) with an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience as BAA is preferable
