    We are looking for enthusiastic Graduate level candidates to join our friendly Finance team acting as key point of contact for a region of stores. Internally this role will be known as Retail Accounts Assistant. This is a great entry level position for a passionate individual eager to learn and develop.

    What will you do as a Retail Accounts Assistant?

    • Primarily responsible for cash control & reconciliation
    • Sales are complete and accurate
    • Sales are reconciled to tender on a daily basis to ensure completeness and that there are no mis-appropriation of funds
    • Chargebacks are reviewed and input on a timely basis
    • Merchant statements must be input on a timely basis
    • Timely reconciliation of supplier statements.
    • As point of contact with stores, the individual must efficiently manage queries and ensure issues or concerns are directed to the appropriate HO personnel

    What will you need to succeed as our Retail Accounts Assistant?

    • Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills
    • Numerate
    • Educated to A-Level standard or graduate degree
    • Competent in MS Office software, in particular Excel
    • Desirable to have knowledge of back office functions and admin procedures around store cash handling
