We're now looking for a Studio and Web Design Assistant to join the East team and support the ecommerce site through product, category, and onsite management. You will be a key member of the East team, working closely with the Creative Manager and the team, you will be managing deadlines and pushing this exciting brand forward through own initiatives and drive. This is an exciting opportunity to learn as a small and growing brand with sustainable and ethical production at the forefront.

What will you do as a Studio and Web Design Assistant

• Building Product into Shopify ready for Web Trading including writing descriptions & uploading images & managing Coming Soon styles
• Drive the business forward through Web look and feel, proactively updating products and monitoring performance.
• Organising product back end with tagging systems
• Homepage, strategizing and pushing forward both outward facing site and backend.
• Looking at website everyday Monitor new Deliveries and organisation of Web look & feel, merchandising collections
• Responsible for building products, resizing imagery for web, maintaining web & functionality of the web on Shopify with continuous attention to product, deliveries, stock levels & new launches / sales
• Communication with the DC, with any intake issues where needed
• Consider visual appeal of web & strategize how to maximise sales through imagery & product placement.
• Understanding and implementing integration apps for cross functional trading
• Creating and maintaining budgets for the above
• Working alongside finance with raising invoices and managing budgets for web related areas
• Managing internal sample sales
• Collateral is inputted for Email, Instagram, and Facebook

Studio

• Booking & managing models, studios, staff, props etc - attend and support with product prep & styling on shoots
• Manage high-res imagery to pass to PR
• Creating and maintaining budgets for the above

Finance admin

• Working with Finance team on Day-to-day business issues.
• Reporting from Shopify, submitting end of month financial reports and helping with problems within orders etc
• Working with Finance to ensure invoicing is up to date
• Onboarding new suppliers
• Using Coda to raise and receipt purchase orders

What you will need to succeed as a Studio Web and Design Assistant

• Strong knowledge of Shopify for day to day trade operations
• Previous ecommerce experience
• Good level of competency with Excel and updating/exporting data to run basic level analysis
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop for cropping and saving web ready imagery
• Good level of IT skills to upload data entries and information onto various apps including emails (Kalvio)
• Passion for fashion retail, sustainability and premium feminine brands
• Understanding and appreciation of Graphics and Design
• General understanding of launch of product / range sheets and monthly drops
• A proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail
• Use own initiative to improve processes and implement ideas
• Team player who thrives on a fast-paced environment
• Happy to assist and support the wider team with ad-hoc duties

We are looking for someone who will help drive a small brand to success. As an integral part of a small team, this role will help on all departments but will report into the Creative Manager on a day-to-day basis to ensure product is uploaded for trade and collateral is ready to be inputted for Email, Instagram, and Facebook.
