    Role/Responsibilities

    Moody’s Analytics’ Sales department seeks an intern for a six-month assignment starting in September 2022.

    The Digital Insights Sales team is looking for an intern to support the Sales Representative looking after clients in Europe and Africa.

    Mission will include

    • Help the team define the commercial strategy: identify gaps, trends, and market appetite for Moody’s Analytics range of products
    • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to help implement sales campaigns
    • Collaborate on sales pitch books to best tailor our offering to target needs
    • Assist the sales and event team in the creation of events and marketing campaigns
    • Listen to client pitches and coordinate follow ups with customers
    • Monitor sales forecasts together with the team manager

    At the end of the assignment the intern should

    • Understand the broad offering of Moody’s Analytics
    • Participate in client meetings and presentations
    • Acquire experience in a first-class sales organization
    • Get exposure to multiple sales cycles
    • Gain insights into multiple customer segments: Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, Corporates and Professional Services

    Qualifications

    • Ideally working towards a Master’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Risk Management or Sales
    • Fluency in English required and fluency in additional European languages is advantageous
    • Must have sense of prioritization and communication
    • Ability to synthesize and to analyze,
    • Good knowledge of financial sector organization and challenges
    • Knowledge of credit risk
    • Experience in the Financial Sector is a plus
    • Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
