We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a focus towards customer satisfaction and problem resolution. The Associate Engineer will be a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and the drive to take accountability for their own work.

    Key Requirements

    • Therefore, your CV and Cover Letter will be key for you to demonstrate your hands-on knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and components. You’ll also need to convey your ability to acquire technical information and converse with this jargon professionally.
    • It will be a distinct advantage if you can demonstrate your experience of conducting investigations and fault finding, especially if this was achieved through liaising/collaborating with your colleagues.
    • This position would be suitable for a recent graduate within an Engineering Discipline; however it will be equally suitable for someone who has gained technical knowledge through their work (given they’d be prepared for Moog to fund them to study in Higher Education).
    • We are looking for someone who has good written communication skills and able to demonstrate their ability to write reports and form conclusions.
    • Experience investigating the root cause of failure with the ability to interpret hydraulic performance data would be a distinct advantage.

In return, Moog can offer you

    • A culture of trust and innovation.
    • 33 Days Annual Leave (including Bank Holidays).
    • Benefits to include Life Assurance, Company Pension Contribution beginning at 6%, Employee Share Option in addition to an extensive Flexible Benefits Package and Hybrid working arrangements.
    • Brand new Design, Manufacture, Assembly & Test facility currently being built with a view to move in during 2022.
