The role
Our London-based gaming team is in search of a dynamic Junior Marketing Manager who is passionate about gaming and skilled in leveraging platforms like TikTok, Roblox, and Discord.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is eager to develop innovative marketing strategies for our mobile and Roblox gaming titles.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for our gaming titles, with a focus on community engagement and brand awareness.
- Play a key role in managing our online communities, particularly on TikTok, Roblox, and Discord.
- Assist in creating engaging marketing assets and content tailored for our target gaming audience.
- Contribute to the rapid development and implementation of marketing strategies, in line with startup culture dynamics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with trends in gaming and digital marketing to propose fresh and innovative ideas.
Requirements
- Degree in Digital or Brand Marketing, or a relatable qualification
- Some experience in marketing, preferably in the gaming industry or related fields.
- Familiarity with gaming platforms like Roblox and social media platforms like TikTok and Discord.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability and experience capturing gameplay footage is a plus.
- Creative and proactive in developing marketing content and campaigns with the ability to execute on asset creation.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
