What will I be doing as a Year Out Site Manager?
Take part in a 12-month programme which has been designed to give you the best possible exposure to our business, during the year you will be involved in some or all of the following areas, depending on your discipline:
- Contract planning
- Preconstruction
- Quantity Surveying/Commercial
- Safety, Health & Environment
- Site Management
- Design Management
- Tender Planning
- Construction Engineering
You’ll gain valuable experience by working on real projects and alongside graduates and experienced professionals. We also encourage and support our undergraduates to start gathering evidence relating to the professional institution structured development programme, relevant to your discipline.
What we can give you
Your salary will be in line with the knowledge you bring and starts at £21,000p.a.
You may also benefit from a Car Allowance of £3,000p.a. reflecting Morgan Sindall Benefit Grade a year to help you with travel costs as well as Individual Private Health Care Cover with Life Assurance up to 4 times your basic salary.
