    As a graduate BIM Co-ordinator/Information Manager in our BIM team you will be responsible for ensuring all projects achieve BIM delivery in compliance with both industry and internal BakerHicks standards, project BIM documentation and most importantly, to client specifications.

    You will be expected to work with our internal multidisciplinary teams, having a key role in encouraging collaborative working for all project team members and will be regularly carrying out project reviews to check compliance with client standards, clash testing and asset data validation.

    What we're looking for

    We’re looking for individuals who have an eye for detail and want to make a difference by using digital technology to benefit construction projects. Our team has a passion for BIM / Digital Engineering and specifically asset data as this is a huge part of the role. You must have or are set to achieve at least a HND in a relevant BIM, Design or Engineering subject such as Architectural Technology or Civil Engineering.

    You’ll also need to feel confident to challenge the status quo, strive for perfect delivery and possess a willingness to get involved with every opportunity to develop yourself, take pride in your work and put our customers first. Additionally, you must have a drive and capability to learn new softwares and carry out on the fly problem solving. The Client Facing aspect of the role will require you to be a clear, concise communicator
