Morgan Stanley’s ISG & MSIM Spring Insight programme offers students in their early stages of university to explore the revenue divisions across the Firm. We will take you on an interactive journey through Morgan Stanley, introducing you to the world of Banking and enabling you to experience our culture, day-to-day roles and future internship placement opportunities. As part of this experience, you will engage with Investment Banking, Global Capital Markets, Sales & Trading, Equity Research and Investment Management.
Our Spring Insight programme will take place in our offices in Canary Wharf.
Training program
Upon joining the Spring Insight programme, you will spend two days with all participating divisions in Firmwide culture sessions, divisional overviews and team-building exercises with your peers. In the remainder of the week, you will be aligned to your pre-selected division for a further insight to their business practices through interactive activities, networking and fast-track assessments.
Qualifications, skills and requirements
- You will be graduating in 2026; eligible students will be in their first year of a 3 year degree or their second year of a 4 year degree
- You have a strong desire to explore a career in the investment banking industry and have an interest in financial markets
- You may be fluent in another language although not a requirement

Applications are to be submitted via the link below by Sunday 12 November with a CV and Cover Letter. As part of your application, you will be prompted to select your preference from the following list of divisions:
- Investment Banking
- Global Capital Markets
- Sales & Trading
- Equity Research
- Investment Management
Your application will be reviewed by our recruitment team and if successful, you will be invited to complete interviews with your chosen divisional business unit. Your divisional choice will ultimately determine your placement for divisional days as indicated above and you may only select one division.
