About you and the role
As a Research Assistant you'll work collaboratively as part of multiple project teams to deliver actionable insights to our clients. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll do:
Project delivery
- Help to coordinate consultancy and insight projects, working with colleagues to deliver transformative work on time and on budget.
- Help to design approaches, including qualitative and quantitative research tools to solve client problems.
- Support the delivery of primary quantitative and qualitative research, including helping to run qualitative research (groups, interviews, events).
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to analyse findings and develop insights, strategies and actions.
- Help to produce client deliverables (decks, workshops, reports), communicating compelling stories in ways that inspire change.
Growing relationships
- Work with colleagues to scope and cost potential new work, including preparing proposals and pitches.
- Nurture relationships with key clients, during and between projects.
Your skills
You'll be the right person for this job if:
- You want to work with organisations to make change, by helping clients understand their audiences better.
- You’re a natural collaborator, and can work to deadlines with other people.
- You're passionate about solving problems, no matter if they're big or small; and are tenacious in getting things done
- You have great communication skills (verbal and written), and are able to engage various audiences with complex issues, while maintaining attention to detail.
- You are great at managing expectations, and soliciting and acting on client feedback
- You are able to analyse qualitative and quantitative data, identifying the salient issues
- You’re interested in working in a busy, commercial environment with lots of different things to do.
- Language skills, particularly Arabic (Saudi) or Swedish, are desirable.
You will be working with our clients in the UK and internationally, including in Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Australia and the USA. To do this, we may ask that you work in other UK locations or overseas from time to time, by arrangement.
