About the scheme
Hilmore House (our head office in Bradford) is where the big decisions are made, and you can jump in at the heart of the operation by joining us on our two-year Corporate Graduate scheme. You’ll get to experience a number of our different support teams, who keep Morrison’s growing and running smoothly. From marketing and wholesale to online and property - these are just some of the areas you can explore, all while earning a starting salary of £28,000.
What’s involved?
Throughout the 2-year programme, you’ll experience different teams in our support office, developing new skills and learning about the business every day. You’ll also spend time in one of our retail stores to understand our customers and what their needs are. You will be solving problems and getting stuck into priority projects from day one to figure out what your talents are and where you best sit at Morrisons. Day-to-day, you could be:
- Contributing to the growth of our company by taking ownership of problems and solving them
- Ensuring KPIs are being met
- Running and analysing reports to create suggestions for improving process efficiency
Our structured training and the chance to work on exciting projects mean you’ll have plenty of opportunities to progress and learn while with us. You’ll gain loads of experience in a big business and develop bags of industry insight.
Make good things happen
Our Graduates get access to all our employee benefits, including MyPerks. This is a reward and benefits scheme that updates regularly with new and exciting offers. Here’s what you could enjoy:
- 25% cashback on JustEat
- 6% cashback on Ticketmaster
- Cinema tickets from £4.80
We also operate a 4-day working week in Hilmore House, plus one Saturday every 4 weeks.
