We’re all about making good things happen for our communities and colleagues. Join us on our two-year Data Science Graduate Scheme and you’ll be maximising growth and developing your insight into our business. You’ll become the go-to person for anyone looking to improve processes or find insight into many of our business areas. Make data-led decisions that make a real difference!
What’s involved?
Throughout the 2-year scheme, you’ll gain exposure to all the different areas of the business and work alongside teams that are responsible for improving our insight and driving our success. The work you do will have a real-world impact, making improvements every day. You should be great with data as you’ll work with it day in, and day out. Day-to-day, you could be:
- Finding solutions to business challenges using data and analytics to support your suggestions
- Improving the efficiency of processes throughout the business by identifying trends in data
- Minimising waste within our manufacturing sites and stores
- Improving our sales and service through customer insights
Our structured training and working on exciting projects mean you’ll have plenty of opportunities to progress and learn from experienced industry professionals. You’ll receive intensive data science training in your first 6-months, with the opportunity to continue developing your skills through study for the Artificial Intelligence (AI) level 7 qualification. By the end of the programme, you could progress into the Data and Insight Team as a Data Scientist.
