What’s involved?
On our two-year scheme, you’ll work across various functions including e-commerce, marketing and technology while taking on impactful projects and enjoying fantastic training and mentoring. You’ll develop your analytical, project management and commercial skills, all essential for a future technology career. Day-to-day, you could be:
- Rolling out new updates in systems used business-wide
- Launching new systems that improve efficiencies within key processes
- Helping the wider business with day-to-day technology tasks when the need arises
Our structured training and the opportunity to work on exciting projects mean you’ll have plenty of opportunities to progress and learn while with us. By the end of the programme, you could be ready to take your next steps into a successful career as a specialist in technology.

What you’ll need to join us
We are food makers and shop keepers, and together, we make Morrisons. We’re looking for graduates who will take responsibility for problems that arise and resolve them, the motivation to succeed and have the creativity to design and implement innovative solutions. You need to be a great communicator with strong listening skills and the ability to build relationships well. Candidates also need a minimum 2:1 degree in a STEM related subject and a full UK driving licence. Other key qualities we’d like to see include:
