A placement in our Asset Risk and Pricing teams gives you unique exposure to the core elements of risk management & commercial strategy. You will have the opportunity to apply skills you’ve developed so far and learn many new ones in a commercial setting.

Motability Operations is exposed to over £10bn of asset risk via the vehicles we own and lease to our customers. This highly commercial area of the business balances the needs of customers with those of our suppliers and scheme partners, while managing MO's profit margins within a target range. This critical team is tasked with delivering an affordable, sustainable, and diverse product offering for our customers.

The Pricing team takes a commercial focus by balancing the needs of customers with those of our suppliers and scheme partners while managing our own profit margins within a target corridor.
