A year in industry placement in the Business Systems division at Motability Operations
A placement in our Business Systems division gives you unique exposure to the core elements of IT and an opportunity to apply the skills you’ve developed so far and learn some new ones in a business environment.
You will gain a placement within our Business Systems team in our London office, where you will further your computer science experience. You will be provided with objectives at the start of the placement, receive ongoing feedback (contribution and behaviours) and performance appraisal (mid year and at end of placement).
About you
You’ll need to be on track to gain a minimum 2:1 degree (in a Computer Science discipline) to qualify for the Computer Science Industry Placement Programme. We re looking for candidates who are:
- Studying Computer Science or similar
- Able to communicate and convince people of those views
- Confident & Commercially aware
- Resilient
- Proactive and looking to make the most of every opportunity

- Adaptable, flexible and willing to learn
