At Motability Operations, We support people with disabilities to achieve greater independence, by giving them access to affordable and worry-free mobility through the Motability Scheme. We do that by leasing cars, Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs), scooters and powered wheelchairs to over 640,000 disabled customers across the UK.

At the end that lease, every car is returned and we’re responsible for selling it back into the motoring trade through our flagship platform mfldirect (mfldirect.co.uk) and sister website mfldirectAuction (mfldirectAuction.co.uk) that have a combined turnover of approximately £2.2bn.

Last year we completed a successful re-platforming of mfldirect, which has seen a positive impact on our customers, but that’s just the start of the story.

We have bold plans for our brand, our tone of voice and our content.

    The role

And we’re inviting a student to join us for an up-close hands-on experience of this journey, as we develop and execute an ambitious brand and content strategy to grow our authority, demonstrate our authenticity and build recognition, trust, and confidence in our audiences.

A placement in the VRM Content team will give you a unique opportunity to be involved in lots of different aspects of content and digital marketing, to hone your skills and get some great experience to start building your career in marketing.

If you would like to find out what working in these areas entails, we’d love to hear from you!
