    As an Asset Management Consultant you will be passionate about asset management with engineering or analytical experience in an infrastructure sector such as rail or highways. We are looking for someone keen to learn and support excellent delivery of asset management services to our clients. To thrive, you'll need strong analytical skills, be comfortable working with disruptive technologies and at times challenge current practice.

    Candidate Specification

    Required for the position of Asset Management Consultant

    • Supporting outstanding delivery of our advisory services at the enterprise, programme and project level.
    • Challenging the status-quo and drive new, innovative ways of delivering outstanding outcomes for our customers.
    • Engaging with delivery teams, assisting them in shaping strategies, adopting new ways of working and accelerating progress in unlocking the value of digital
    • Curiosity to understand the vital leadership, capability and cultural components that drive the people element of our service offerings and the value that this brings
    • Looking for opportunities to support management in bid / proposal development and people management
    • Eagerness to develop new skills and to further expand the knowledge within different areas of asset management

    Preferred, but not required

    • Understanding and commitment to Mott MacDonald’s PRIDE values (Progress; Respect; Integrity; Drive; Excellence)
    • Strong team player, and able to work effectively and inclusively with remote teams.
    • Ability to work in a fluid, unstructured environment with a can-do, positive and pro-active attitude and seeing things through to the end.
