The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join our business, initially being placed in the Advisory Work Winning team. This is a rotational scheme and after successfully completing 12 months, you will be given the opportunity to transfer into one of our consulting teams.

Our Work Winning Team works closely with Portfolio and Account Leads to provide end-to-end Proposal Management, content authoring and development. You will work across 6 portfolios; Buildings, Defence, Education, Energy, Transportation and Water with projects ranging from £millions to £20Bn and you would be a key part in securing that future work stream.

You could be working on a bid for a major MOD project one week month then helping us grow our Education portfolio the next.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support development of relationships with new and existing clients
  • Supporting the preparation of the proposals and any associated documentation
  • Complete research and analysis of markets, clients and competitors for a range of relevant sectors
  • Support and coordinate monthly reports
  • Attend and contribute to workshops
  • Assist with co-ordination of Client feedback interviews
  • Help develop CVs, case studies and project lists
  • Obtain information for award entries
  • Prepare agreed content with the portfolios for publication on the company intranet
  • Support the wider business development team in carrying out their duties

To apply for this scheme, you will have less than 12 months experience and have a degree or are expected to achieve one of the following degree disciplines:

  • Business related subject
  • Economics related subject

In your application you should be able to demonstrate your interest through relevant experience, such as studying relevant modules, or previous work experience.

We are looking for graduates with the following characteristics:

  • Methodical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to use your initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members.
