Job Description
We are looking to grow our Mott MacDonald Digital Ventures team with enthusiastic, imaginative and motivated individual who will play a crucial role in building world-beating solutions, marketplace, composable future and partner ecosystem. The person will be part of the product pillar to deliver digital products excellently that enable social, environmental and economical outcomes.
As a Product Graduate, you’ll need lots of energy, a great attitude and passion for world-class digital products. You will work alongside domain and digital stakeholders to support the successful delivery of strategic goals. The Product Graduate role consists of rotation in:
- Product Management (6 months)
- Product Marketing (6 months)
- Moata Product (6 months)
- Moata Growth (6 months)
After the rotation person will have the following opportunities:
- Product Management: You will work alongside domain and digital experts to support creation of product vision and strategies. Additionally, you will work closely with product teams and software developers to support strategy into action through product roadmaps. A core responsibility of the role will be to bridge between the business users and the software development teams.
- Product Marketing: You will support the implementation of internal and external campaigns and go-to-markets to drive awareness and uptake of our products. Activities will include supporting the generation of high-quality content and development of targeted messaging.
- Moata Product rotation: You will be part of the Moata product like Geospatial, Land Management. You will support product team to make our 3 – 5 products as world beating solutions.
- Growth team rotation: You will learn about and help to position our Moata digital solutions, our suite of technology products and our platform.
You will get first hand customer, user and stakeholder engagement experience, participating in meetings and workshops where we assess our customers’ challenges, define their needs and objectives and identify which solutions can help to achieve their desired outcomes. We may also ask you to help pull together bids and proposals that convey our value proposition and secure new revenue.
We are looking for an individual with a relentless focus on customer value, appreciation for engineering principles and a broad awareness of the latest technological advances in order create truly differentiated products of demonstrable value.

To be eligible for this opportunity, you will have less than 12 months relevant experience and have a degree or expected to achieve one in engineering or any relevant discipline.
In your application you should be able to demonstrate your interest in the role and working at Mott MacDonald through relevant experience, such as studying relevant modules, or previous work experience. We are looking for graduates with the following characteristics:
- Methodical approach to problem solving.
- Ability to use your initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail and be able to demonstrate accurate technical drawings and good report writing.
