We’re looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Research Assistant for the Quantitative Research team.
In this role, you will both learn and take on responsibilities from the start, helping the Quantitative team deliver impactful and insightful projects. You will develop key quantitative skill sets, such as preparing questionnaires and writing research reports and you’ll have the chance to collaborate with colleagues across our research strands, rubbing shoulders with experts from adjacent disciplines and learning about everything we do.

What does a Quantitative Graduate Research Assistant do?
- Helping us deliver projects; learning both project management skills, and how to report insights which meet our clients’ business needs
- Analysis skills; and learning how to develop concise and visually engaging outputs which make a business impact
- Collaborating with colleagues across MTM (qualitative/ quantitative research and commercial strategy); ensuring clients enjoy a seamless project experience and a single cohesive narrative in findings
- You will develop quantitative skill sets;
- General: attending briefing meetings, background/desk research, charting in PowerPoint and Google Slides, writing Word reports and presenting to clients.
- Quantitative specific: preparing questionnaires and stimulus, checking quantitative survey scripts and data tables, liaising with field and DP suppliers, quantitative analysis
What are the key things we're looking for?
- An enthusiasm for, and understanding of, the media and/or sports sector
- Be sparky and curious about human behaviour and research
- Degree-level education (achieved or expected 2:1 or 1st)
- Exceedingly high quality standards and you never miss a deadline
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and the ability to create engaging presentations in PowerPoint.
