Our immersive 18-month analyst programme is tailored to you personally, offering bespoke training and development. That might be in Global Corporate and Investment Banking, where you could support clients with anything from raising additional capital to managing liquidity and risk. It could be in Global Markets where our Sales & Trading teams develop bespoke investment solutions that help clients hedge risk and achieve their goals. Or you may join the teams in Corporate Functions who make sure our systems, processes, financial models and data are absolutely watertight.
Regardless of where you see yourself, you’ll develop skills and experience in areas that matter to you. Our reach extends across the globe, and you’ll have opportunities to regularly interact with senior management and to take on real responsibility.
We hire on potential, so you won’t need a financial background. You’ll fit in well here as long as you have a keen interest in the financial markets and are eager to grow. You will, however, need a predicted 2:1 or have graduated with a 2:1 within the last twelve months.
