The programme

As a graduate at Multiplex, you can begin to build a career you are proud of. You will follow our comprehensive development programme which combines on-the-job practical learning from your day-to-day role on your project with structured training and development sessions.

With the chance to work on a variety of industry-leading construction projects, our Graduate Programme is designed to develop both technical and behavioural skills and provide you with a clear route to success. As a Multiplex Graduate you will rotate across three key disciplines; construction, design and commercial. This is to ensure we give you a holistic experience throughout the two year programme so you will have all the tools you need to have a successful career with us.

Eligibility to apply and mandatory criteria

We accept applications from students who have degrees in engineering, construction management, architecture, quantity surveying or other construction-related subjects.

To be eligible to apply for our Graduate Programme, you must:

• Be a student expecting to complete, or has completed, a relevant university degree before September 2024.
• Have the right to work in the UK at the time of employment.

What do we look for in our graduates?

Successful applicants will be high achievers with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a have strong commercial acumen, and be able to evidence a genuine interest and desire to work at Multiplex.

These mandatory attributes will be tested throughout the recruitment process.

Our recruitment process consists of the following stages:

• Step 2: Online ability testing
• Step 3: Video interview
• Step 4: Assessment Centre
