Main responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
- Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance and efficient financial management.
- Assist in analysing financial data and generating reports for management.
- Help with processing invoices, expenses, and financial transactions.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and year-end accounts.
- Participate in audits and assist with any audit-related tasks.
- Stay updated with financial regulations and best practices.
Requirements
- The successful candidate will have:
- A recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong academic record and a genuine interest in the non-profit sector.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software is desirable.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
