    We are on the hunt for a Creative, passionate and ambitious individual who loves all things fashion & social media to join our Brand team as the new social and content assistant. We’re looking for someone with a creative & social first mindset with the ability to suggest fresh, innovative content ideas.

    In this role, you will work closely with the Social and Influencer Lead by assisting with the day-to-day scheduling of our multi-social feeds. You will create and deliver content that will drive engagement and follower growth, as well as keeping an ear to the ground and be in the know of the latest social trends.

    The social media & content assistant's role includes creating engaging content, building brand awareness, conducting market research, monitoring user reactions and delivering our social media strategies.

    What will you do as a Social Media & Content Assistant at N Brown?

    • Conduct research and gather relevant information to help grow all social platforms in comparison to key competitors.
    • Monitor current engagement trends and provide creative ideas for new types of content that align with what performs well on our platforms.
    • Contribute to social brainstorming sessions and content planning.
    • Prepare social creative briefs and input social requirements into wider marketing briefs to enable the creation of inspirational social content fit for the platform
    • Assist in scheduling posts across various social media feeds, ensuring that all captions, tags, and other necessary details are accurately applied.
    • Organise and maintain content libraries, ensuring that all files are properly labelled and easily accessible. Handle requests for necessary edits or adjustments to content.
    • Collaborate with the Social Lead Manager and brand team members to ensure that all content is aligned with the brand’s goals and scheduled effectively.
    • Handle various administrative tasks related to content management and social media scheduling as needed.
    • Attend photoshoots to create inspiring behind-the-scenes social content.
    • In-app editing of social content.

    Ways of Working

    We offer hybrid working which varies across the business depending on the role you’re in. Our Head Office is located in the Northern Quarter in Manchester City Centre. So if you are travelling by train, tram or bus we’re perfectly located, plus we’re surrounded by cool cafes, trendy bars and the best places to eat!

    Our full-time working hours are 36.17 per week over 5-days. We don’t have strict working hours therefore there is some flexibility around start and finish times as long as you are meeting the needs of the business.
