Our graduate scheme follows a mentoring programme that teams graduates with Senior Developers, who are highly experienced in the industry, and will help guide you through your transition from a graduate to an experience developer yourself. We offer exposure to all aspects of the development lifecycle from requirements gathering to automated testing and deployment, all this coupled with training, support, excellent graduate pay and fantastic staff benefits.

What will you do

  • Design and develop custom code, triggers, and controllers to implement business logic and automation.
  • Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces using Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, websites and process builder to meet business needs.
  • Systems integration with third party products, using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration techniques.
  • Write unit tests and conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
  • Support ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and troubleshooting of existing applications.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Working with the CI/CD process for code promotion.
  • Working with leading edge test automation platforms.
  • An understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and web development principles.
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
