The Role

Our 18-month programmes are made up of three, six-month placements, with the exception of the Finance programme, which is three years long and consists of three, 12-month placements. They’re a fantastic way to kick off your career: you’ll put the skills you’ve developed to good use and build on a whole host of new ones by completing comprehensive training modules in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Our programmes fall into three departments: Engineering and Technical, Non-Technical and Commerical and Business Support.

Each programme will have different entry requirements; you will need a minimum Bachelors degree at a 2.2 or above.

Graduates joining us will receive a starting salary of £28,709 (Bachelors) / £29,753 (Masters), and a £2000 joining bonus, plus:
