Natural Power Consultants is a specialist in renewable energy project design and construction with a large pipeline of projects. The geotechnical team was established in 2005 and is undergoing another phase of expansion. Currently at 35 staff and 8 rotary rigs, we are looking for trainee rotary drillers for two additional drill teams. No previous experience needed for trainee position although driving licence is essential.

The positions are secure and enable a career in renewable energy and infrastructure. Working with our team, the ideal candidate will be versatile and motivated. Site environments are often remote utilising specialist equipment such as Hagglunds and other low ground pressure plant.
We offer training to bridge any skills gaps and learn new methods and equipment. We operate a wide range of drilling systems from rotary air flush coring to water flush hard rock coring, both conventional and wireline methods. We also use large diameter overburden systems and DTH methods for geothermal and water wells. In soils we have sonic, dynamic sampling and cable percussion rigs.
