    Entry requirements

    To be eligible for our Quantitative Analytics graduate programme, you’ll need:

    • To have, or be on course to achieving a Master’s degree or PhD in a STEM subject or quantitative finance
    • A strong customer focus
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Basic coding skills
    • Great communication skills
    • The ability to adapt well in a rapidly changing environment
    • A genuine passion for learning and development
