    Role and responsibilities

    As the Creative Servicing intern, you will be part of the team who handle the localization and delivery of marketing materials. You will assist in maintenance of Puma our in-house Asset Mgt system. 

    Support the team in raising of purchase orders, recording costs and dealing with billing queries. Assist with central localization; transcribing, distributing dubbing materials, collating translations and coordinating deadlines.

    Assist with adhoc projects such as research, creating presentations and organizing events. Provide EA support to the SVP Creative servicing such as travel booking and diary management. 

    Learning and development

    This role gives an in depth overview of Global film marketing, and a solid understanding of the wider business. You will be working and collaborating with a wide variety of other teams such as media, publicity, research, finance and distribution as well as our local teams across the globe and the studio in Los Angeles.

    Working with our localizing and production agencies is a great introduction to both print, digital and AV production. Taking ownership of the relationship between Accounts Payable and our external vendors, you will gain confidence and improved understanding of financial record keeping and the AP process. You will learn how to work effectively as a team and how to build business relationships and influencing skills.

    About you

    To join one of our 12-month Internships you will be:

    • Currently be studying at University and applying for a Placement year in your 2nd or final year or graduating in Summer 2022
    • Looking for work experience immediately after completing A-Levels or equivalent course or an Apprenticeship
    • Eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship from July 2022-July 2023
    • Fluent in English

    You should also have;

    • A passion in scripted television and wants to learn how TV is made
    • A self-starter who can work autonomously, but also understands they need to ask questions if/when they are stuck once they have already tried a few avenues first
    • Analytics with outstanding attention to detail
    • Excellent IT skills
    • Strong numeracy skills (essential)
    • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
